Magnificent nomadic life in Iran's Khorram-Abad

Nomads in the Iranian county of Khorram-Abad are mostly settled in Khuzestan Province during colder months.

As colder weather is upon us in Iran, here are some photos depicting the real life of nomads from Lorestan Province who have moved to Khuzestan in search of greener grazing pastures for their livestock. 

Nomads in Lorestan Province contribute significantly to food security by generating a variety of agricultural and meat products. 

They are often on the move, searching for new pastures for their animals, and living in traditional tents.

Although their lifestyle is a difficult one, they would not trade it for anything. To them, this is the best lifestyle.AG/AG
